**Position Summary**
We are currently looking for a
_Performance Lead_ to join our office in Milan.

**Key Responsibilities
- Participate to provide strategic vision to clients & prospects and develop performance strategies
- Develop together with the leading team the performance vision and offering of the agency
- Collaborate to manage and develop our suite of performance / planning products with local and international teams
- Supporting planning teams to sketch and deploy performance strategies for key clients
- Measure and verify the advertising campaign effects both on brand and business results
- Participate in meeting with client and presentation

**Desired Skills & Experience**
REQUIREMENTS
- Successful track-record in a performance marketing or digital marketing role
- Experience with building a performance marketing strategy and plan, both online and offline
- Great understanding of the media & marketing environment (online and offline).
- Experience across tracking, attribution, automation, and optimization.
- You have managed team members in the past
- Demonstrable hands-on experience with the following: Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEM, SEO, CRO, Salesforce, Affiliation
- Confident with presenting and working in an international environment with various stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of MarTech and AdTech solutions as well as digital data analytics and programmatic platforms.
- Measure and verify the advertising campaign effects both on brand and business results
- English knowledge is a must (both written and spoken)
PROFILE
- 5 to10 years of experience in Media Agency, Consulting Firms, eCommerce or Digital Companies are appreciated
- Motivated individual with an entrepreneurial attitude, with driving things forward attitude
- A can-do attitude and a passion for media&innovation
- Both analytical and imaginative qualities are required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
