In Eni siamo alla ricerca di una/un Contract Administrator Junior appartenente alle Categorie Protette (art.1) che, all’interno del team di Procurement, si occuperà trasversalmente di fornire supporto nella gestione delle attività di contract administration, in accordo con il quadro normativo di riferimento.

I professionisti del Procurement di Eni contribuiscono alle attività di approvvigionamento operativo di beni, lavori e servizi per Eni SpA e per le Società controllate in Italia, promuovendo iniziative di strategic sourcing trasversali. Le nostre persone inserite in questo settore si interfacciano con un ambiente dinamico, assicurando le attività di vendor management anche relativamente ai fornitori internazionali di interesse strategico per Eni.

**All’interno del team di Procurement ti occuperai di**:

- fornire supporto al contract holder/head of contract administration/procurement manager per affrontare problematiche inerenti alla gestione del contratto post-award
- partecipare alle riunioni di handover e recepire, da parte delle altre funzioni aziendali, le informazioni utili e rilevanti
- partecipare ai meeting di kick-off contrattuali insieme al contract holder ed alle altre funzioni interne coinvolte, redigendo report per la parte di sua competenza
- effettuare attività di monitoraggio rispetto a specifici key performance indicators per i contratti assegnati
- verificare tutta la documentazione richiesta dal contratto al fine di assicurare che tutte le clausole ed i requirements contrattuali siano pienamente rispettati in accordo con il quadro normativo di riferimento
- revisionare eventuali richieste di modifica contrattuale e gestire le controversie che potrebbero emergere durante la fase di esecuzione del contratto
- revisionare l’ammissibilità dei reclami e l’applicabilità di eventuali risarcimenti danni o sconti da fornire nel contratto

**Questa è l’opportunità per te se rispondi a questi requisiti**:

- Laurea magistrale preferibilmente in Economia, Giurisprudenza, Ingegneria
- Massimo tre anni di esperienza nell’ambito
- La conoscenza del settore Oil&Gas costituisce un plus
- Conoscenza di base del processo di gestione dei contratti post-award
- Conoscenze negli ambiti di diritto civile e requisiti contrattuali e conoscenze di base di economia
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Disponibilità alla mobilità nazionale e internazionale.
