Il nostro cliente è uno dei più importanti leader di mercato nei servizi finanziari in ambito turismo. Per il territorio italiano ricerchiamo la seguente figura:
**Posizione**:
**EXPANSION MANAGER ITALY (RETAIL)**
La risorsa, inserita direttamente nell’ufficio espansione, si occuperà di attività di ricerca, analisi e selezione di location adatte sul territorio nazionale per l’area geográfica di competenza. Nello specifico:
- Presentazione di nuove location, nel rispetto delle linee guida e degli standard aziendali;
- Creare e mantenere una rete di contatti con locatori, proprietari di immobili, agenzie immobiliari e società di gestione immobiliare;
- Negoziare contrattualmente le nuove posizioni e collaborare attivamente con il team di supporto per la gestione e la stesura dei contratti;
- Stima del fatturato e dell'utile, nonché dei costi di investimento;
- Esame delle sedi delle filiali esistenti per il miglioramento della posizione e ricerca di sedi sostitutive;
- Partecipare attivamente a tutte le definizioni delle strategie relative alle nuove aperture e spazi commerciali.
- La posizione prevede frequenti spostamenti e trasferte territoriali._
