**Your role**:
**Who you are**:

- DVM/VMD degree
- Formal pathology residency or graduate studies (i.e. MS, PhD) at an institution in which the training of veterinary pathologists is a primary function
- Board certification by the European or the American College of Veterinary Pathologists (DECVP or DACVP) or equivalent
- You should have a broad background in toxicological pathology as well experience with LIMS system (PROVANTIS) and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP)
- You should have a strong interest in digital pathology
- High level of interpersonal skills, such as strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Fluently in Italian language or willingness to learn Italian
