Overview

Role
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the public sector
- Monitor and assess the segment's performance against its strategic plan
- Identify and recommend opportunities for improvement in the segment's operations
- Lead and manage performance improvement projects
- Design and implement reports and dashboards to monitor the key performance indicators integrating data coming from the internal tools in use (e.g., salesforce, MPA)
- Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to the segment leadership team and other stakeholders
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the public sector

All About You
- Master's degree in business administration or a related field
- Some experience in performance measurement, or data analysis in the public sector or a related industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to details
- Fluency in English and another European language
- Location: Rome or Milan, Italy
- Consulting background is preferred
