Are you looking for a challenging and dynamic environment where to build your professional career?
We are looking for a **COP (Conformity of Production) Quality Project Leader **to join our headquarters at Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting directly to the the** Head of QA Plant Quality.**
You will be responsible for the Conformity of Production activities in the brand, in term of planning by instructions and monitoring the timely completion of the Conformity of Productions scopes.
You will be focused on the following activities:
- guarantee know how about the entire cars components, read, understand and interpretate the homologation/documents requirements in a really deep way of different markets;
- creating, modifying, releasing, publishing, communicating, invalidating, and archiving CoP test instructions;
- be Lamborghini interface for CoP and BZD (Tracking of homologation relevant Components) topics, with the Group;
- support the departments in the organization of inspection scopes Conformity of Production;
- for non-conformities, support the outcomes measures and initiate its implementation doing escalation in case of needed and in case of not fulfilled planned activities;
- plan and monitor the CoP activities in the brand;
- create a status of the processing of the CoP activities and the further CoP evidences
- acquisition and adaptation of the Group CoP and BZD procedures, including the updates of Lamborghini processes;
- definition of the operative methods for the execution of the CoP tests, either at the start of production or during the product lifecycle;
- support to the departments involved in the authorities Audit;
- evaluates the implementation of potential CoP activities (in coordination with the CoP-Test Engineers);
- creates and maintain CoP test instructions based on the approval in the KAG-Q product conformity in coordination with the relevant departments;
- ensure cross-brand coordination of the CoP group test instructions as part of its work
- actively distribute information to the relevant Q departments / business areas regarding new / changed regulations;
- coordinate and steer the BZD Team, guaranteeing the processes harmonization between involved departments.
**About you**
- Master degree in Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Automotive and similar roles
- Technical knowledge of homologation/national standards
- Italian & English knowledge, German will be considered a plus
- Problem solving, planning & Analysis skills
- Ability to synthesize, effective communication
- Proactive and flexible
