Are you looking for a challenging and dynamic environment where to build your professional career?
We are looking for a **Quality Task Force Foreman** to join our headquarters at Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting directly to Head of Parts Quality, through the coordinator of Protection Team.
You will be responsible to oversee Quality Check of supplied components of final vehicle manufacturing processes by supporting their Head in case of critical issues.
**You will**:
- Oversee the overall quality check activities (functional and aesthetics) on the supplied parts by following the entire production process in assembly Line, through the coordination of Q checkers (blue collars), both in Series and in pre-Series, including also incoming checks/inspections before Line-ins
- Define check priorities and control procedure by sharing it with checkers (e.g.: procedure to control distance between holes etc) and be responsible about training plans
- Ensure improvements of control procedures considering trade off between quality targets and control costs
- Ensure Q-KPI targets fulfilment of their team
- Identifies, analyse and facilitates problem solutions at quality check points and on the production lines (e.g.: assembly sequence, training on the job)
- Defines guidelines for quality checks documentation and filling including documents for check to demand to external providers
- Ensures a proper tracking in case of parts changes
- Supports checkers on the working stations in case of critical issues (e.g.: parts conformity, assembly phases, people competences ) and act as facilitator between them in order to achieve a common agreement. Esclation management
- Manage reports, statistics and launch/allow the problem solving process
- Ensure disciplinary leadership over Q checkers (blue collars) in his/her team (Q gate in their responsibility)
- Ensure people management, including: timing and activities flows/targets definition, including yearly evaluations; people management and development in terms of competences/trainings, monitoring the efficiency of their team, team work management and being referent for team development.
**About you**:
- University Degree in Engineering
- At least 2 years in the Quality department
- Knowledge of Automotive suppliers’ management
- Technical Knowledge of products and components
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and logistic and purchasing process will be considered a plus
- Knowledge of ISO/IATF/VDA standard and Quality Management Systems
- Experience in working and dealing with cross functional department
- English knowledge, German will be considered a plus
- Problem solving attitude, analytical skills, team work and leadership oriented
- Process orientation and lesson learned approach
- Relational and presentation skills
