Are you a Contract Logistics Team Leader? Do you want to work in the most successful logistics company of the world?
- ** Your Role **:Contract Logistics Team Leader works within Contract Logistics. In this case, She/He will operate for adidas Campus South, our new fully automated warehouse located in Mantua, which, with over 130,000 square metres, will represent an unparalleled example of excellence and innovation in automated technology operations. Contract Logistics Team Leader will be part of the local Operations department and, by following the guidance of the Contract Logistics Shift Leader, She/He will conduct warehouse activities to satisfy customers’ needs and requests. She/He will both handle operative tasks related to specific areas/departments and support the Contract Logistics Shift Leader by supervising operational workforce.
- ** Your Responsibilities**:

- Support processes by collaborating in the fulfillment of customer orders with direct support to operational activities within the department
- Supervise the business shift trend and support the Contract Logistics Shift Leader by reporting critcal information regarding the assigned area
- Adjust and adapt the shift staff model by respecting the Contract Logistics Shift Leader guidelines
- Identify and communicate to Contract Logistics Shift Leader potential issues related to the operated shift
- Provide training and feedback to line workers on quality performance and safe behaviors
- Be ambassador and role model of right execution of activities and respect of safety rules.

**Your Skills and Experiences**:

- 0 - 2 years’ experience in large scale (>300FTE) highly automated fulfilment operations with strong preference given to eCommerce / Fashion / Retail experience
- Experience with fast paced work environments where analytical skills, ability to identify root causes of problems, predict problems by examining situations with a metric-based approach are considered crucial
- Solid exposure to team working in logistics and/or productive contexts with high volumes - Experience with operational environments where safety in considered a fundamental priority and consequently, capable to inform, guide and teach clearly and efficiently safety paradigms and rules
- Due to the automated characteristic of the site, It is preferable to have experience with operational activities where has been required a deep IT sensitivity**About Kuehne+Nagel***
