Husqvarna Service and Marketing Coordinator, Construction Division
She/He will lead and develop the service as a business, bringing the Italian branch to the next level.
Coordinate our service offer to match the needs of the Direct Accounts, plus the business coming through the indirect sales channel, made via dealer and rental clients.
In addition will also coordinate the corporate marketing strategy into the local market, managing the web site, the So.Me. and other related activities.
Key accountability:
Lead activities of the aftermarket business, supporting the company to achieve the annual business plan, in term of revenue, profit, cash conversion.
Supervision of the employed Service team, consisting of 3 mechanics.
Supervision of the external service partners, consisting of independent repair shops.
Align the service and marketing activities interacting with the business team.
Follow the best practices and monitor the service performances.
Create an organizational culture and work environment to retain and motivate team members.
Manage service claims and continuously improve the service organization to match the given KPI.
Keep relationship with main clients and strategic accounts.
Keep relationship with corporate Technical and Aftermarket key functions, based abroad.

Technical skills:
Intermediate experience with Service and Marketing role, preferably in an international context of worldwide company. (technical degree will be considered as a plus).
Good understanding of maintenance, with hands on capability.
Knowledge of CRM
Italian as native language and fluent level of English language, both spoken and written
