**Job Description**:
Where and when could you start the internship with us?

Starting from 27th May 2024, we will offer an internship opportunity in the General Services team.

Key Accountabilities
- Facility Manager support during visits to industrial plants
- Back-office / mailing activities
- Drafting and updating As Built of Industrial Plants (dwg format)
- Drafting of spending budget

What will you learn with us?
- Knowledge of the departments and professional figures involved in facility activities
- Learning of the maintenance/general services activities of industrial buildings
- Learning of the deadlines in the mandatory maintenance checks
- Learning of the economic management of maintenance activities

What are the basics?
- You should be going into your last year of university and planning a gap semester to take an internship or have recently graduated (within the past 2 years) with successful studies in Architecture, Engeneering or Surveyor Diploma.
- Previous curricular/extra-curricular or educational experience abroad is a plus.
- Fluency in Italian and knowledge in English are required.
- Involvement in curricular university activities and volunteering activities
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent Office (Excel) and Autocad proficiency

How will the Recruitment process look like?

The selection process will be starting in March 2024
- If your profile meets the listed requirements and your resume stands out, you will be asked to complete a Cognitive Aptitude test (+ technical test/excel if required)
- After the test result, you will be invited for the first interview with the Talent Acquisition Team in April 2024.
- The last step of the recruitment process will be a final interview with the hiring manager and HRBP.
