Key Accountabilities

The role is designed for those who feel inspired by our company philosophy and aim to embody its essence. A great opportunity to contribute to the brand growth in a challenging yet joyful environment.

You will support the Global Learning Team in the following activities:

- Look after the annual Learning calendar, managing invitations, logistics and preparation of materials for the participants; update Learning data (attendances and digital enrollments)
- Be a point of reference for employees, sharing reminders and updates related to upcoming courses and replying to general questions on Learning activities
- Collect employees’ feedback to improve quality and efficiency
- Plan essential Learning activities for Gucci Employees, including Language courses and fundamental “must-have” skills
- Liaise with external vendors, ensuring that deadlines are met and service contracts are correctly filled and signed
- Deal with funding, payments and budget activities

What will you learn with us?
- Learning cycle, including course planning, management of participants and supervision of accounts
- Gucci internal processes, values and ways of working
- Accuracy and organization skills
- People-oriented mindset and effective communication approach
- Proficient usage of tools (Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook and Gucci internal digital systems)

What are the basics?
- Recent graduation (within last year) with successful studies, preferably in Human-related fields or Economics
- Interest in Learning and in Human Resources in general
- Previous professional or educational experience abroad will be considered a plus
- Proactive approach and willing to work in a dynamic environment
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, willing to work with people and with a Team
- Detail-orientation and accuracy
- Fluent in Italian and English
