Technical Sales Manager

For companies of the same consortium CMAT of which Meridionale Impianti SpA is a leader, we are looking for a **Technical Sales Manager.**
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and manage sales and promotional activities for company analytical equipment lines, gas detection and other related components and services sold by the company.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities, including lead generation, participation in trade fairs, customer visits, and product presentations.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices and sales terms, and conclude business agreements with customers.
- Coordinate post-sales activities, including technical assistance, problem-solving support, and customer complaint management.
- Monitor and analyze the market and competition, gathering information on trends, customer needs, and business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, communication strategies, and marketing campaigns specific to assigned products.
- Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling of products.
**Requirements**:
- University degree in any science
- Proven experience in the role of technical sales (3+ years)
- Knowledge of the analytical instrumentation industry possibly applied to the industrial gas and semiconductor market.
- Ability to work independently, manage tasks, and achieve sales objectives.
- Results-oriented with the ability to manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closing sales.
- Willingness to travel.
- Fluent knowledge of the English language.
**Job location**:
Hybrid work. The office is located in the city of Caponago, Italy; availability to travel in Italy and abroad is required.
Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo indeterminato
Stipendio: Fino a €50,00 all'anno
