For a pharmaceutical company, we are looking for a

MSAT Process Science Secondary and Analytical Expert

Purpose of the role:
Support process improvement and troubleshooting experiments in order to robust the manufacturing processes in MSAT Process Science Analytical and Secondary laboratories.

Responsabilità:
Main activities:

- Support process improvement experiments in order to robust the manufacturing processes
- Support manufacturing in troubleshooting experiments according to challenging timelines and by prioritization of activities
- Set-up of down-scale models in order to reproduce Manufacturing scale
- Use of Microsoft office programs and other programs for evaluation of data
- Collaborate with all laboratories to share the results and objectives of projects
- Collaborate with other functions (Quality / Engineering) to implement standards (e.g. Validation / Qualification) and to handle special events
- Preparation of SOPs, WIs and protocols
- Taking care of equipment (eg monitoring the maintenance and calibration status, assistance by maintenance and repairs)
- Organizing daily laboratory work: housekeeping, etc.
- Respect of general HSE guidelines (eg correct use of DPI and waste management)

Minimum requirements:

- Science Degree in Chemistry Engineering, Biology / Biotechnology / CTF
- Preferred previous experience in R&D Area and/or Quality Control and/or Manufacturing Aseptic Processes
- Good English knowledge
- Understands timelines and resource management
- Good team player

Temporay contract 1 year
