Client Description:
For one of our cliente that is an international standard-setter in the engineering and manufacturing of high-tech customized machinery in multiple sectors such as Converting, Packaging, and other industries, we are looking for an Service Sales DACH Area Manager.
**Responsibilities**
As a Service Sales Area Manager, you’ll report directly to Head of Function and you will be responsible for:
- the development and the performance of all sales activities in assigned business unit in the DACH area to achieve Customer Service results in line with commercial and budget goals.
- Implement the sales strategy and manage sales processes to consolidate and develop business results by achieving assigned budgeted results for After Sales business lines ( Rebuildings, Spares, Upgrades, Services)
- Contribute to the identification, design and promotion of new products and services to answer customer needs and pursuing the company growth strategy
- Maintain accurate records of sales and activities related to his business and customers; coordinate the agents in the area and deal the direct customers and support Agents in standard proposals, if required.
- Collaborate with the technical department to evaluate client requirements, conduct technical negotiations and prepare commercial offers consistent with Company capabilities;
**Your Profile**
The Company will consider applicants that meet the following requirements:
Engineering Degree: Mechanical, Electronic or similar with a strong interest in technology,
At least 3 5 years of proven working experience in technical sales roles within a packaging machinery company;
Customer orientation / Customer Service mindset
Leadership and management attitude
Analytical and structured approach
Strategic and business development skills
Proactive & Self motivated
Communication and negotiation skills and ability to build solid business relationships;
Fluency in English and German is mandatory
Willing to travel from 50 6 0% of working time
