Reporting to the CS Project and Planning Manager the Customer Service Project Manager will be part of the project management customer service team and will manage machinery’s upgrade of our customers and coordinate service and technical support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define installation schedules at customer sites- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.- Coordinate internal and external technicians during activities at customer sites.- Interface with customers to share the progress of projects with them.- Manage internal activities related to the design and implementation of machinery upgrade.- Monitor cost trends of all activities- Manage service activities (technician request, order request from customer)- Create machinery security documentation- Maintain update reports of visits and technical support at customers sites- Prepare installation quotes for machinery upgrades interfacing with sales and technical department

To succeed in this role you should have:
- Techanical diploma or degree in Engineering- 3-5 years of proven experience within machinery manufacturing fast-paced enviroment- Fluent spoken and written both English and Italian, plus another language- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP is desired- Available to travel all the time requested- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills- Problem solving skills- Goal-oriented and customer focus- Able to work under pressure- Team working
