Talent & People Development Manager

The resource will report directly to the Managing Director, in collaboration with the HR function and at the service of the Business Lines, with the aim of designing and delivering Country Talent and Leadership Development interventions, that support the execution of business strategies and enhance business performance.

**Accountabilities**
- Develops, adapts and executes HR operational strategy to help achieve key business objectives;
- Regular contact with business leaders to identify key development needs across different divisions;
- Working with the Managing Director and local HR Business Partners to implement the people agenda;
- Advising on business specific Organizational Development interventions, e.g. Organisation Restructures, Change Management, Performance Management, After Action Reviews. Understanding and developing the health of the organisation and the culture;
- Implementing, developing, maintaining and delivering key Talent programmes and supporting the overall development of capability across the organisation;
- Responsible for creating and maintaining a Learning Plan: Developing and maintaining key management & personal development programmes;
- To support teams in creating strong leadership and collective responsibility;
- Act as a consultant to the business on strategic interventions based on the People Plan;
- Coach senior managers to develop their performance;
- Contribute to strategic projects with other HR team members, country & global, particularly where these impact Talent, Learning and Organisation Development’s processes.

**Scope and Impact**
- Decisions are guided by Company’ business strategies and objectives;
- Is recognised as a Talent, Learning and Organisation Development expert, both within and beyond own function;
- Designs and executes project to achieve milestones and objectives or initiatives that impact the business on a country level.

**Professional Expérience**
- Extensive expertise and experience (**MAX 5-7 years**) in designing and implementing leadership capability review and development initiatives, competency frameworks, performance management, career development, talent management and succession processes;
- Experience in a range of talent management and succession interventions in global organisations;
- Extensive expertise in and experience of development including change management;
- Proven project management experience.

**Knowledge and Skills**
- Ability to execute high-impact learning strategies that enhance people and business performance;
- Results focused; a consultative leadership style that builds high-performing teams across multi-disciplined projects that consistently meet targets and realise organisational benefits;
- Ability to collaborate with HR Business Partners and line leaders;
- Commercially aware: proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders up to board level, and manage responsibility for country budgets;
- Excellent interpersonal, organisational and influencing skills and ability to facilitate across all levels of business;
- Skilled communicator through written reporting and verbal presentation;
- Fluent English;
- Known Tools: Workday, LMS Platform, Performance Management System

**Education and Qualifications**

Master Degree in Psychology, Education Science
