**Role Overview**
As a **People & Culture Manager**, you will drive a high-performing culture by designing and implementing employee engagement and talent management strategies, utilizing HR analytics, fostering leadership development, aligning initiatives with business goals, and leading impactful change management efforts. You will work In the People & Culture Team and you will report directly to the Head of People & Culture.
Your mission:
- ** Cultivate organizational culture.** Develop and implement initiatives to foster a strong organizational culture conducive to high performance and employee well-being.
- ** Facilitate engagement surveys.** Conduct regular engagement surveys and formulate action plans based on feedback and strategic objectives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- ** Drive employee engagement.** Design and execute comprehensive employee engagement strategies and programs to create a positive work environment and boost employee morale.
- ** Oversee talent management.** Design and execute talent management processes, including performance evaluations, talent development, and career planning, to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- ** Promote leadership development.** Implement leadership development programs and initiatives aimed at enhancing leadership skills and capabilities across the organization to drive growth and innovation.
- ** Support HR strategy development.** Contribute to the development of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives to ensure the organization remains competitive and achieves its goals.
Your ideal profile:
- ** HR expertise.** You have over 5 years of experience in HR, with proficiency in People & Culture, Learning and Development, and Internal Communication.
- ** Learning and development mastery.** You have proven experience in designing and implementing training and development strategies to enhance employee skills and performance.
- ** Engagement and people experience proficiency.** You bring demonstrated ability to create engaging and positive employee experiences to foster a supportive and productive work environment.
- ** Training and development strategy expertise.** You have a proven track record in defining and implementing effective training and development strategies to meet organizational goals.
- ** Workshop facilitation competences.** You are proficient in conducting workshops and training sessions to facilitate learning and development initiatives.
- ** Procedure and process implementation proficiency.** You bring proven experience in implementing procedures and processes to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
