La ricerca è rivolta a NEOLAUREATI O LAUREANDI in Ingegneria Gestionale a cui offrire la possibilità di svolgere un tirocinio nell’ambito di Business Consulting e Digital Processes per quanto riguarda un progetto che coinvolge diverse aree di competenza: procurement and supplier management, production planning and material management, logistics and supply chain, startegic planning and management control, marketing and design of new products/service, quality management and risk management, design and management of corporate information system.
Obiettivi:
- Valutare le prestazioni attuali dell'organizzazione e sviluppare modi per aiutarla a migliorare e a raggiungere i suoi obiettivi.
- Trovare metodi per migliorare i sistemi e i flussi di lavoro identificando le inefficienze.
- Proporre idee di riduzione dei costi per migliorare l'efficienza dei processi e dei flussi di lavoro.
- Determinare le risorse necessarie per raggiungere gli obiettivi dell'azienda.
Requisiti richiesti:
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
- Creatività, determinazione, voglia di emergere, capacità di lavorare in team;
- Approccio organizzato.
- Punto di vista analitico per iniziare a raccogliere dati e informazioni, per scoprire dove si trova il problema e quale sia la causa.
- Curiosità per ottenere la conoscenza dalle persone.
- Mentalità aperta.
