We are excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced and passionate professional to join our Commercial Excellence and Business Transformation team as **Learning and Capability Development Lead **. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs, as well as leading the development of our employees' skills and capabilities to support their growth and the success of our organization.

**Responsibilities**
- Training Program Design and Delivery: develop comprehensive training programs aligned with business objectives. Focus will start from the scientific training for our sales forces and it will expand beyond
- Foster innovation in the design and delivery of engaging and impactful training sessions using a variety of interactive methods such as workshops, e-learning modules, and coaching sessions.

Create a relevant network with training suppliers including academia, professionals etc that can deliver training programs relevant for the company needs, exploiting new technologies
- Ensure that training materials and content are up-to-date, relevant, and tailored to the needs of different departments and roles within the organization.
- Capability Development:

- Support the implementation of a comprehensive capability development strategy that fosters continuous learning and growth within the organization in close collaboration with the HR department and with the EMEA L&D team
- Collaborate with department heads and key stakeholders to identify skill gaps and develop targeted capability development initiatives to address them.
- Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of capability development programs and make necessary adjustments to maximize outcomes
- Training Needs Assessment:

- Liaise with managers and HR department to conduct regular training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements across various teams and levels of the organization.
- Analyze performance data and strategic plans, o identify areas for improvement and align training initiatives accordingly.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including department heads, managers, and HR, to ensure training and capability development initiatives are aligned with business strategy and organizational goals and priorities.
