SMS group S.p.A., azienda facente parte del Gruppo SMS, leader mondiale nella progettazione e realizzazione di impianti per la siderurgia, ricerca una risorsa da inserire nell'Ufficio Technical Service.

Il ruolo prevede lo svolgimento in autonomia delle seguenti attività:

- Gestione commesse Service dal ricevimento dell’ordine cliente ad evasione spedizione nel rispetto dei termini contrattuali; apertura commessa, creazione ed invio conferma d’ordine ai clienti, emissione richieste di approvvigionamento/ordini di produzione per ufficio acquisti, coordinamento con logística e ufficio spedizioni per invio materiale.
- Coordinamento con uffici tecnici specifici.
- Coordinamento con ufficio codici per eventuale codifica materiali.
- Coordinamento con ufficio produzione per materiali con montaggio interno.
- Coordinamento con ufficio acquisti/expediter/spedizioni per completamento forniture e relative spedizioni in accordo alle condizioni contrattuali di commessa.
- Coordinamento con ufficio Site Services relativamente alla gestione delle attività di cantiere.
- Preparazione e invio ai clienti situazione stato avanzamento commesse.
- Preparazione e invio reportistica interna di follow-up commesse.
- Monitoraggio scostamenti/consuntivi costi di commessa.
- Gestione pagamenti clienti e relative lettere di credito/garanzie bancarie in collaborazione con il Sales Area Manager di competenza e ufficio amministrazione.
- Gestione claim in collaborazione con il Sales Area Manager di competenza.

Si richiedono:

- Laurea in ingegneria o Diploma in materie tecniche (preferibilmente meccanica/termo-técnica/elettrotécnica/elettronica e telecomunicazioni/gestionale);
- Esperienza pregressa in ambito back-office gestionale e/o commerciale presso aziende meccaniche o presso impianti di produzione per medesimo prodotto;
- Conoscenza ed utilizzo di un software gestionale (la conoscenza del gestionale SAP costituisce caratteristica preferenziale ma non indispensabile);
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese parlata e scritta;
- Precisione, affidabilità e capacità di gestione di alti carichi di lavoro.
- Disponibilità a trasferte.
