Per la propria divisione Sostenibility, l'azienda ci ha incaricato di ricercare il:
**ESG DEVELOPMENT AND CERTIFICATION MANAGER**:
**Main responsibilities**:

- gestire le attività di sviluppo dei servizi avanzati che la nostra Società sta attivando in materia di assurance sulla rendicontazione degli elementi di sostenibilità di impresa; in tale attività l'approccio richiesto è di tipo progettuale, da svolgersi sia in autonomia sia in team, e prevede lo sviluppo degli strumenti per la conduzione delle verifiche;
- garantire l’operatività e l’aggiornamento tecnico di alcuni schemi di verifica, sviluppati direttamente o già presenti nel portfolio della nostra Società;
- coordinare gli auditor the operano sugli schemi di verifica di ecosostenibilità di cui è responsabile garantendone l’allineamento tecnico;
- fornire supporto alle funzioni commerciali per la diffusione culturale sui temi della sostenibilità e per la realizzazione delle offerte relativamente agli schemi di verifica di cui è responsabile
- Requisiti:_

Conoscenza teorica e applicata di tecniche e norme relative alla sostenibilità ambientale e sociale, e in particolare:

- dei concetti di rendicontazione aziendale in materia di sostenibilità, con particolare riferimento allo schema GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) e relativa esperienza di redazione e verifica di bilanci / rapporti di sostenibilità / rendicontazioni non finanziarie;
- degli standard di rendicontazione EFRAG connessi alla direttiva CSRD (corporate sustainability reporting directive);
- dei concetti di ESG Risk assessment, ESG management, ESG due diligence;
- dei concetti di economia circolare, sua gestione e monitoraggio, in relazione allo stato dell’arte degli standard disponibili;
- dei contenuti della Tassonomia Europea (EU Taxonomy).
- Skills:_
- Fluente conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Capacità di gestire progetti ad hoc con capacità di gestire gruppi di progetto e utilizzare competenze specialistiche
- Propensione alla relazione interpersonale, con il cliente e gli stakeholders
- Flessibilità e disponibilità a trasferte in ambito nazionale ed internazionale
