Wyser è il brand globale che si occupa di ricerca e selezione di profili di middle e senior management di Gi Group Holding, la prima multinazionale italiana del lavoro e una tra le principali realtà che offrono servizi e consulenza HR a livello globale.

Il nostro cliente è un **provider logistico** di taglio internazionale, fornitore **globale** di servizi di warehousing, distribuzione, air e ocean freight forwarding, gestione dell'intera supply chain.

In ottica di potenziare il team **Sales Forwarding**, siamo stati incaricati di ricercare una figura di:
**SALES DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE**

La risorsa collabora al raggiungimento degli obiettivi aziendali, in termini di fatturato, margine operativo e volumi, ponendo in essere tutte le azioni commerciali necessarie per raggiungere gli stessi. L’identificazione, la visita, la qualificazione e l’acquisizione di nuova clientela sul mercato di riferimento, sono parte essenziale della posizione. Il mantenimento della clientela esistente si coniuga al compito primario.

Si dedicherà alle seguenti attività:

- **
Business Development**: procacciamento nuova clientela; mantenimento portfolio clienti assegnati; costante incremento della pipeline delle opportunità; incremento dell’attività e collaborazione dai clienti esistenti, attraverso nuovi traffici o aumento dei volumi;
- ** Analisi di mercato**: monitoraggio delle attività della concorrenza; conoscenza dei prezzi dei mercati e dell’andamento del mercato in termini di servizi; identificare settori di industria e aree geografiche internazionali target;
- ** Offerte commerciali**: fornire al Pricing & Procurement della BU di competenza, tutte le informazioni necessarie alla redazione dell’offerta; redazione delle offerte anche in modo diretto;
- ** Attività post-vendita**: Definizione e controllo costante dei livelli di affidabilità dei clienti; collaborazione al recupero del contenzioso ed allo sblocco delle pratiche in sofferenza, nel rispetto delle procedure aziendali; inserimento dati e aggiornamenti nel CRM aziendale.

Si richiede disponibilità a trasferte su territorio nazionale.

Completano il profilo buone doti comunicative, empatia e capacità di lavoro in team.
