SOL Group è alla ricerca di un/una **Technical Support Manager junior **da inserire all'interno della **Direzione Tecnica per la Clientela** con base nell'HQ di SOL Group.

La figura ricercata verrà coinvolta nella gestione degli impianti e asset installati presso la clientela. Nello specifico sarà responsabile delle seguenti **attività**:

- Gestione dei mezzi di vendita aziendali dalla fase di assegnazione alla fase di installazione in campo;
- Analisi e validazione delle richieste per nuovi asset aziendali e pianificazione nuovi acquisti;
- Predisposizione ed emissione degli ordini di acquisto;
- Gestione dei fornitori e del rispetto delle tempistiche di approvvigionamento e consegna;
- Monitoraggio dei KPI e rendicontazione delle attività in essere;
- Elaborazione ed aggiornamento della documentazione Tecnica relativa agli impianti e agli asset aziendali;
- Supporto allo sviluppo di nuove soluzioni tecniche, procedurali e operative per le nuove installazioni;
- Supporto tecnico e normativo ai team territoriali delle società del Gruppo.
- La gestione delle piattaforme informatiche di archiviazione e condivisione di documentazione Tecnico/Normativa.

**Le caratteristiche ricercate sono**:

- Laurea ad indirizzo Tecnico-Scientifico, o in alternativa Diploma di Scuola Superiore ad indirizzo Tecnico-Scientifico con almeno 3 anni di esperienza in ruoli tecnici e/o gestionali;
- Competenze informatiche nell'impiego dei principali applicativi software per ufficio (Office, GSuite, etc) e capacità di utilizzo di applicativi disegno CAD;
- Propensione allo sviluppo di strumenti e soluzioni informatiche a supporto delle attività;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese sia scritta che parlata;
- Capacità di relazionarsi in modo proattivo ed assertivo con colleghi, clienti e fornitori;
- Capacità di pianificazione;
- Capacità di coordinamento e di relazionein team multidisciplinari in contesti anche multiculturali;
- Patente B - Automunito
- Disponibilità a trasferte in Italia e all'estero di breve - media durata.
