We are currently seeking a Learning & Development Intern who will report to the Executive Development Manager to join our dynamic, international team in Milan, Italy.

Our Executive Development team has the ultimate purpose of designing, delivering and continuously improving the best development opportunities for Kering key leaders of today and tomorrow, shaping a positive learning culture and contributing to organizational success. By joining the team, you will support us deploying many diverse Talent, Learning & Development activities, providing a unique experience for Kering people taking part to our workshops and programs. And yes: there is a lot to learn also for yourself, if you are curious about L&D and you want to know more about how it makes the difference on business and people.
- How you will contribute_

You will support the Executive Development Manager with the below activities:

- planning and managing of all the leadership development activities (face to face programs and webinars)
- assisting in internal communication initiatives
- defining the Talent Development catalogue offer
- managing logistics for workshops
- budgeting and reporting activities
- reinforcing L&D visibility

You will be responsible for:

- drafting, fine tuning and editing training materials
- following up enrolment on programs and/or workshops
- supporting the internal communication and engagement activities related to all Executive Development initiatives
- collecting and archiving agreements, reports and learning data
- managing the relationships between the HQ in Paris and Italian stakeholders (Kering
- Who you are_
- You have a master’s degree - HR, marketing or communication fields preferred
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office tools with strong command of Excel and Power Point
- You are a curious, relentless learner, interested to explore and learn more about how HR can have a true impact of people performance and personal development
- You are fluent both in English and Italian
- You are a detail-oriented person, able to plan efficiently and highly organized
- You are proactive and curious, with good communication skills
- You are empathic and positive person with an open, inclusive mindset
