Join us in our Talent Acquisition (TA) team, as Manager Talent Acquisition, you will coordinate all the TA Activities in Italy, with a help of the team execute Talent Acquisition operational plan, develop relationships and represent the outputs of TA.

In this role, you will directly report to the Senior Manager Talent Acquisition Delivery Europe with dotted reporting line to Integrated Talent Management Manager in the market.

You will develop and lead the market’s recruiters to achieve the Objectives and follow hiring processes, ensuring focus and balance between regional and local needs, in order to attract and secure a strong Talent pipeline, supporting today’s and future business needs, being responsible for two Affiliates: Philip Morris Italia and Philip Morris Manufacturing & Technology Bologna.

Specific responsibilities include:

- Understand the regional, functional, business, strategic goals which will be obtained by P&C stakeholders and functional / regional leads.

Execute the TA strategy to meet the business needs by translating it into a tactical TA plan including TA Delivery, Global Talent Sourcing, Employer Branding/Employer Value Proposition, Onboarding, Early Careers etc.
- Manage the operational TA plan: lead the operational delivery of regional or functional projects for global adoption after identifying functional or local pain points.

Obtain agreement on the priority initiatives and create a structured project plan to address the functional or local need. Contribute to regional, country or functional projects to improve the TA service by identifying areas to improve the current service catalogue.
- Obtain the Hiring Forecasts from stakeholders in collaboration with P&C and Finance colleagues to identify the number of hires required in the year and to then be able to allocate Recruiters to support the functional or local demand.

Manage the capacity of the team to track available TA resource to deliver to the forecast and ensure recruiters have the optimum level of vacancies.
- Track spend against agreed budgets to ensure agency spend and other associated TA costs remain in the budget allocated by the Head Of TA Delivery
- Partner with P&C, Finance and the business and build relationships by meeting with key stakeholders to work together and drive the TA agenda and remain aligned on the overall strategy. Tracking of data and input into local or functional reporting to share the outputs of TA Delivery with People & Culture, Finance and the business including vacancy status, project delivery and Objectives ‘progress.
- Drive the of the Employer branding strategy for Italy & Campus with innovative approach and in close collaboration with the talent attraction team at global level and based on the market insights.
- Ensure team delivery against TA Objectives by providing clarity of the team and individual targets and tracking progress against them on a quarterly basis. Delivery of the technical aspects of TA and drive the right TA behaviours throughout the TA organisation

Who we’re looking for:

- University degree
- 10 years in Human Resources and multinational environment; minimum 4-5 years in Recruiting/Talent Acquisition
- Knowledge and experience in creating and implementing Talent Acquisition strategies and initiatives
- Expertise & in-depth experience in Employer Branding, CRM, Assessment
- Experience in training and coaching line managers on recruitment and selection philosophies, processes, and policies
- Experience in leveraging metrics and internal/external insights to identify and implement areas for process and program improvement.
- Experience in leading multiple, big-scale projects simultaneously is required, as is the ability to develop relationships and influence others
- People management experience
- Fluent in Italian and English.
- Entrepreneurship, positive attitude, attention to details.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Computer skills: Word, Excel, Power Point.
- A valid working permit for EU is requested.
- Being able to travel between the two affiliates (Rome and Bologna - 50%)
