Here in Italy, we are looking for a_ _**_J_**_unior HR Admin intern_**, to support a team of almost 100 people. You will report to the HR Manager Italy and work closely with our Junior HR Advisor.

Belonging to protected categories according to Italian Law (**Categorie protette legge 68/99) is a mandatory requirement.**

**Your main responsibilities will be**:

- Organise the **digital and physical archive** of HR documentation;
- Assist on general **HR administration** and payroll activities;
- Support on the **HR company policies** and employee handbook;
- Help organising **onboarding**, induction sessions, team building events;
- Support on **HR people processes**;
- Support on **internal HR communication**;
- Support with other HR functions and other org units.

**Qualifications**:

- University degree within a relevant field of HR, Business, Legal or Social Sciences;
- Basic experience in HR as an advantage;
- A team player with strong communication and relationship building skills
- Basic knowledge of local employment legislation (minimum knowledge of the CCNL Commercio will be considered a plus);
- The ability to deal with confidential queries and tasks;
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach;
- A practical doer who delivers quality results on time;
- Strong organisational and time management skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English.

- _ Smart working policy: 3 days in the office, 2 working from home, on a weekly basis._
