**Posizione**:Per la realizzazione di un progetto che stiamo avviando in collaborazione con una grande realtà leader nel settore del lusso e nella moda online, siamo alla ricerca di un Lead Digital Product Designer. All’interno del team internazionale di Product Design composto da 20 persone, la figura si confronterà con le sfide relative ai temi dell’e-commerce luxury, con l’obiettivo di collaborare con l’area ricerca/design/product per progettare ed offrire esperienze utente di valore. Il/la Lead Product Designer si occuperà di guidare le strategie aziendali e di progettazione seguendo ogni fase della creazione del prodotto (analisi del mercato, scelta del target, creazione e sviluppo design, commercializzazione), con l’obiettivo di raggiungere risultati ambiziosi mettendo l'utente in prima linea nella definizione delle sue attività strategiche. Di cosa ti occuperai Allinearsi con il team di Product Management per mappare e definire l’esperienza utente Collaborare con i team di prodotto, design e tecnologia per sviluppare piani strategici di alto livello che soddisfano le esigenze dei clienti Governare il processo decisionale durante tutto il ciclo di progettazione attraverso dati e approfondimenti Collaborare con i vari team al fine di sviluppare piani strategici di alto livello che soddisfano le esigenze dei clienti Creare prototipi e storie avvincenti e presentare strategie agli stakeholder Esperienza nella progettazione e consegna di test AB Guidare e gestire i membri junior del team
