We are looking for a Director of Agencies & Ecosystem for Italy to join us and lead our Agency & Ecosystem team in the country.

Partners have been central to Facebook's success and we know that we can play an even bigger part in helping them to grow their clients' businesses.

Historically, we have had long standing and deep partnerships with media agencies, over the last few years, and have increased our engagement with creative agencies and are increasing our involvement with strategy consultancies.

There is so much more we can do and we are looking for someone in the role who will be just excited about the opportunity to keep evolving current relationship while identifying and fostering Importante Azienda 10 years partnerships.

Success in this position requires strong business acumen, a skilled operator, innovative problem solver, and expert consensus-builder with the demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional alignment across vertical sales teams, marketing and regional leadership to drive agency satisfaction and region growth.

This individual will create annual and bi-annual go-to-market plans and will drive executive consensus on go-to-market priorities and goals.

This role is based in Milan and will report directly to the Country Director for Italy - Collaborate and coordinate with other teams and partners within and outside of Facebook - Consult with Product Marketing to help shape product development in support of partner needs - Represent Facebook in the wider marketplace as a leader and influencing change in the marketing & agency industry - Identify the Importante Azienda strategies and scale the insights throughout the organisation in Italy, EMEA and Global - Lead the team internally and ensure a focus on organisation design, skills development and career growth - Create and lead culture initiatives, suchas onboarding/training, and identify and establish ways for growing/maintaining a healthy organisation - Work closely with local Industry Managers to ensure verticals strategy is supported by agency teams - Develop an outstanding body of inspirational and impactful creative work that drives business impact for agencies, partners and clients - Lead the Italian Agency & Ecosystem strategy with cross functional teams to ensure our agencies and partners are using the best technology for their clients to scale - Lead complex initiatives and deliver scalable agency partner development and org improvements - Significant Creative/Media agency and/or Consultancy experience at a leadership level, with strong understanding of business drivers in digital and tech - Strong people leadership skills with a track record of developing diverse high performance teams, who will prioritise and focus on most impactful opportunities - Ability to lead cross
- functional (XFN) teams and people not directly reporting to you such as marketing, measurement, product marketing, business operations and strategy - Demonstrates thoughtful risk-taking, challenges the status quo and confidently drives innovation and change for maximum impact on clients and the organisation - Skilled Storyteller and Presenter, with experience communicating the benefit of marketing opportunities to partners and brands, with an emphasis on translating insights, product information, and data to client value - Relationships with top marketing decision makers at traditional agencies and companies - Experience in managing a P&L;
- Experience in how technology can drive efficiencies for agencies and clients at scale - Understanding of business drivers in verticals sectors such as Telco, CPG, Auto, Fashion, or Luxury - Demonstrated success as a leader of change, achieving operational excellence by introducing new performance measures, processes and systems, with an ability to perform well in highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment - Motivates and empowers with optimism and is creative in problem solving - Fluency in Italian and English Facebook's mission is to give people the power to build community and bring the world closer together.
