**Responsabilità**:

- Collaborare all’implementazione, monitoraggio, mantenimento e al miglioramento continuo del Sistema Gestione Qualità (SGQ) di Comecer spa;
- Supportare la gestione delle certificazioni del SGQ aziendale e della relativa documentazione.
- Supportare la promozione della sensibilità nei confronti della qualità intesa come qualità dell’organizzazione e non solo qualità del prodotto.
- Supportare il Leader in occasione degli audit presso Comecer da parte di terzi (Organismo Notificato e clienti).

**Mansioni**:

- Supporto nell’analisi, definizione e formalizzazione dei flussi e dei processi aziendali;
- Verifica della documentazione del SGQ e gestione della relativa conservazione e tracciabilità: (codifica, caricamento dei documenti sul gestionale RD Fusion, mantenimento degli elenchi dei documenti e delle cronologie delle revisioni, diffusione dei documenti agli enti coinvolti);
- Supporto al Leader nella pianificazione, conduzione e registrazione degli audit interni e nella gestione dei rilievi da audit;
- Formazione ed informazione del personale in merito alle politiche, agli obiettivi ed agli strumenti della qualità che l’organizzazione decide di adottare;
- Monitoraggio ed analisi degli indicatori di qualità (KPI di reparto);
- Supporto al Leader nella gestione dei rapporti con gli enti certificatori del SGQ;
- Supporto al Leader nella raccolta ed elaborazione dei dati di ingresso per il riesame periodico del SGQ;
- Collaborazione con il Responsabile Acquisti per la definizione e lo svolgimento degli audit ai fornitori e per la valutazione periodica delle performance dei fornitori;
- Supporto al Leader nella promozione e definizione di Accordi di Qualità (QA Agreements) con le altre parti interessate, sia clienti che fornitori.

**Studi - Corsi di Formazione**:

- Formazione sui sistemi di gestione qualità in accordo alla norma ISO 9001 ed ISO 13485;
- Formazione nella conduzione degli audit in accordo alla norma ISO 19011;
- Laurea o Diploma quinquennale.

**Competenze Tecniche**:

- Sistemi di gestione
- Technical writing: redazione di procedure e istruzioni

**Competenze Relazionali**:

- Problem solving;
- Lavoro per obiettivi;
- Capacità di lavorare in team.

**Competenze linguistiche**:

- Lingua inglese: buona/ottima conoscenza sia scritta che parlata.

**Esperienza**:

- Da 3 anni a 5 anni nella mansione.
