Are you looking for a challenging and dynamic environment where to build your professional career?
We are looking for a **Process Engineering TopCoat **to join our headquarters at Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting hierarchically to the **Head of Paint shop**, and functionally to the **Paint shop Process Coordinator**.
You will be responsible to the development of the car painting process from concept to production.
You will:
- Be responsible to ensure Lamborghini process for painting and pre-painting phase for BiW and Hang-ons
- Be responsible of process design and continuous improvement (quality and cost) evolution
- Ensure process modification within assigned budget, timing, layout, manpower,etc.
- Plan and organize the commissioning activities related to the project
- Manage cost estimation
- Ensure product modification and derivatives over lifecycle
- Support, during start-up phase, the definition of painting cycle anticipating problems or project criticalities by working together with R&D, Product line, production engineering and quality
- Define manufacturing product materials and technical specifications
- Manage process and works instruction preparation
- Analyse production and problem solving
- Technically support other department and be suppliers interface (linked to the role)
- Handle information gathering to support make-or-buy decision
- Support production with induction and training
- Participate to technical meeting and prepare the minute
- Manage RDA for the topics related to the job role (from the insertion to the order delivery)
- Work with paint suppliers, their technical dptm (on site and in the headquarter)
**About you**
- University Degree preferably in engineering or chemical, or technical High School Diploma
- 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Automatic Painting system and processes
- Production systems
- Project Management
- Fluent English and Italian. German will be considered a plus
- Analysis and problem solving
