Are you looking for a challenging and dynamic environment where to build your professional career?
We are looking for an **Internal Cars Management **to join our headquarters at Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting directly to the **Head of Sales Operations and Planning **and functionally reports to** Coordination of Operations & Planning**.
You will be responsible for managing and planning the Lamborghini fleets needed by internal department (Quality, R&D, Sales, Marketing, Press, etc.) ensuring timely supply and following reworks and remarketing of cars. You will be responsible to ensure optimal replacement timing of fleet vehicles in line with new model/model year introductions.
Your main activities will be:
- Short and Long term planning of fleet (internal cars: e.g. Communication, Marketing, Quality, Regions) volumes:
- As part of the planning round process developing long term internal fleet operating plans in agreement with users needs (e.g. press cars) by involving Finance (budget constraints and impacts)
- Agreeing production requirements that support the fleet operating plan, taking into consideration market entry and event timings, feature content and optimal de-fleet timings
- Developing a used internal car wholesale and retail plan based on the fleet operating plan.
- Continuous improvement of fleet process and management
- Identifying and implementing actions to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the long term planning/order management process including: challenging and making recommendations to users on car utilisation, rework process (make or buy evaluation - internal/external workshop)
- Following the remarketing process of the internal used vehicles once dismissed by internal user.
**About you**
- University Degree in Economics, Statistics, Managerial Engineering or similar
- At least 3 years in the Automotive field preferably in Planning, Sales, or Fleet car management
- Knowledge of Planning
- English knowledge, German will be considered a plus
- Analysis and problem solving
- Relational skills

- Able to work autonomously
