Are you looking for a challenging and dynamic environment where to build your professional career?
We are looking for an** **Architecture and lifecycle management** to join our headquarters at Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting hierarchically to the **Head of Concept development.**
You will be responsible to guarantee the geometrical validation of the vehicle (Digital mock-up and physical mock-up activities) and the consistency of the Virtual Car data in PLM.
- Guarantee the respect of the architecture frozen at KE during the development
- Verify that sub-system lay outs are matching together and are fitting inside of the vehicle, according to safety, homologation, group guide lines
- Verify assembly and accessibility together with Production DMU Team
- Suggest lay out solutions for most critical or complex complaints in order to speed up the DMU freeze
- Support the simultaneous engineering flows, sharing data and relevant information
- Support physical mock up activities and the assembly of mules and proto cars
Your responsibility are:
- Geometrical validation of the vehicle
- Creation and managing of the Virtual Car on PLM
- DMU anomalies tracking and resolution
- Support Proto Shop in mules and proto assembly
- Vehicle lay-out homologation drawings and technical data providing
- CAD data providing to company departments that do not have access to PLM
Committees/Meetings:
- DMU meetings
- R&D internal meetings
- Meetings with other company departments: Design, Production, After Sales, etc.
- Meetings at Audi AG, within the VW group, with external partners and suppliers
- Travels in Italy and Europe are foreseen
**About you**
- Mechanical, Aerospace Engineering or similar degree.
- At least 5 years of experience in same activities for automotive companies
- Experiences as e-Powertrain Architect and/or Frame and Chassis engineer will be considered as a plus
- Fully proficient in English, German as a plus but not mandatory
- Passion and knowledge of super sport cars and automotive products
- Knowledge of: DMU, Teamcenter / VisMockUp, Catia (Part Design, Assembly Design, Drafting, Human builder and Posture Analysis), Windchill PLM, CAVA.
- Experience and knowledge of other CAD tools (CREO, NX,) and the main data exchange format (Iges, step, cgr, jt)
- Proven experience on PLM tools (as. Teamcenter, Windchill, 3dx) knowledge about workflow and data promotion
- Knowledge and hard skill on the main Viewer tools (VisMockUp, Creo view,)
- Good relational skills
