Azienda leader nel settore della Raccolta di Abbigliamento Usato cerca un Warehouse Lead

Responsabilità:

- Gestire e coordinare tutte le attività del magazzino, inclusa l'organizzazione, lo stoccaggio.
- Supervisionare il team del magazzino, fornendo formazione, supporto e leadership.
- Coordinare i movimenti interni, disporre di un adeguato sistema di stoccaggio, inventari corretti, controllo delle consegne, ecc. con l'obiettivo principale di raggiungere l'efficienza.
- Collaborare con i reparti smistamento e logística per ottimizzare il flusso di materiale ed efficientare i processi.
- Assicurarsi che le procedure di magazzino siano conformi agli standard di sicurezza e alle politiche aziendali. Monitorare e migliorare i processi operativi per ottimizzare l'efficienza.

Requisiti:

- Esperienza comprovata in ruoli di gestione magazzino o logística.
- Conoscenza dei principi di gestione degli stock e delle procedure di magazzino.
- Abilità organizzative e capacità di lavorare in un ambiente dinamico.
- Ottima capacità di leadership e gestione del personale.
- Conoscenza di sistemi informatici e software di gestione magazzino.
- Capacità di comunicare efficacemente e collaborare con team interfunzionali.
- Orientamento alla sicurezza e all'efficienza.

Titolo di studio: Diploma

Esperienza: di almeno 5 anni

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo indeterminato

Stipendio: €30.000,00 - €40.000,00 all'anno
