**Interviews** (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). **Job description**:
Join the Amaris Consulting talent network as a **IT Business Analyst (ERP)** in the **Food and Beverage** industry in **Milan** (Hybrid**)

**What will you do?**
- Contribute significantly to the Digital Transformation Runway focused on Composable ERP - headless in Phase 1.
- Collaborate closely within the organizational structure, particularly working alongside Ana in the Finance stream.
- Engage comprehensively with the "whole" capability, spanning SC, FIN, BTQ, B2C, B2B, CRM, Marketing, promotions, and more.
- Drive and support the evolution of digital infrastructure and processes within the company.
- You gather requirements to build Digital solutions and interfaces applied on the retail Industry.
- You collaborate with staff belonging to various organizations (business and IS/IT) to understand the business needs and find the best solution that will both align with the customer objectives and the IS/IT strategy.

**✍️ What do we request?**
- Strong proficiency in standard Business Analysis skills.
- Demonstrable experience in delivering end-to-end (E2E) process analysis within ERP systems.
- Preferable expertise in FIN and SC; however, a versatile Business Analyst with a focus on ERPs and retail systems is essential.
- Ability to navigate complexities and provide strategic insights crucial to the digital transformation journey.
- Bachelor's degree in business, information systems or related discipline, or equivalent.
- Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English.
