Join the Amaris Consulting talent network as a IT Business Analyst (ERP) in the Food and Beverage industry in Milan (Hybrid)
What will you do?
Contribute significantly to the Digital Transformation Runway focused on Composable ERP - headless in Phase 1.
Collaborate closely within the organizational structure, particularly working alongside Ana in the Finance stream.
Engage comprehensively with the "whole" capability, spanning SC, FIN, BTQ, B2C, B2B, CRM, Marketing, promotions, and more.
Drive and support the evolution of digital infrastructure and processes within the company.
You gather requirements to build Digital solutions and interfaces applied on the retail Industry.
You collaborate with staff belonging to various organizations (business and IS/IT) to understand the business needs and find the best solution that will both align with the customer objectives and the IS/IT strategy.
✍️ What do we request?
Strong proficiency in standard Business Analysis skills.
Demonstrable experience in delivering end-to-end (E2E) process analysis within ERP systems.
Preferable expertise in FIN and SC; however, a versatile Business Analyst with a focus on ERPs and retail systems is essential.
Ability to navigate complexities and provide strategic insights crucial to the digital transformation journey.
Bachelor's degree in business, information systems or related discipline, or equivalent.
Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English.
