**Description**:
We are looking for an Application Specialist to join our THRON team.

THRON has always been characterized by a great spirit of innovation and willingness to evolve, both in technological and organizational terms. Within this context, a professional able to govern the process of organizational change that we are implementing in the Information Area is essential. This transformation will allow us to:

- optimize information flows and business processes
- maintain high levels of quality and security compliance
- provide high-performance tools and processes to all areas of the company.

Application Specialist will be directly supervised by the CIO and he/she will collaborate across all areas of the organization.

**What you will do**:

- Train on processes to keep existing processes optimized and work to implement new ones
- Continuous learning about major business tools such as Salesforce CRM, CPQ and Billing, Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, to ensure the best adoption.
- Support colleagues in any issues concerning the use of company systems or processes
- Keeping up-to-date the company's knowledge base on tools and procedures.
- Document resolutions to reoccurring issues or workarounds in the knowledge base
- Monitor the efficiency of information processes
- Contribute to the company's digital evolution by participating in systems enhancement programmes and projects.

**What you need**:

- Empathy
- Listening skills
- Great with people

**Experience**:

- Desired knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Business Central
- Preferred knowledge of company organizational and management processes;
- Aptitude for operational support;
- Predisposition to problem solving;
