1 **MAINTENANCE & MACHINERY SPECIALIST**
La risorsa, riportando alla proprietà, sarà il principale referente di un importante progetto di analisi ed ottimizzazione del processo produttivo. Nel dettaglio, si occuperà di:
- Organizzazione, installazione e avviamento dei macchinari per tutti gli stabilimenti del Gruppo;
- Analizzare i punti deboli dei processi produttivi ed identificare come implementarli con nuove tecnologie;
- Gestione diretta dei consulenti esterni, fornitori e tecnici;
- Gestire la progettazione del layout e dei piani tecnici con consulenti esterni;
- Gestire il budget del progetto per un nuovo investimento secondo le linee guida aziendali;
- Rivedere, analizzare e migliorare gli aspetti economici e tecnici dell'offerta ricevuta dai fornitori;
- Collaborare con l'ufficio acquisti per l'elaborazione dell'ordine di acquisto;
- Organizzare e supervisionare la realizzazione del progetto, dirigere in cantiere l'installazione e l'avviamento dei macchinari;
- Gestire il supporto tecnico e la formazione dei fornitori.
Verrò considerato requisito preferenziale una buona conoscenza della metodologia Lean.
Completano il profilo ottime capacità di teamwork, negoziazione, problem solving, pianificazione e buone doti comunicative.
