We are a growing team looking for a Program Management Intern Carrier Success to help us on our journey to revolutionise road freight logistics. You would join our Operations Programs & Innovation Team, based out of the Milan office and will report to the Carrier & Marketplace Team Lead.

About The Role

As a Program Management, Carrier Support, during your internship you’ll work on interesting responsibilities like improving our operational processes and their quality.

**IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL**:

- Respond to carriers enquiries in a timely and accurate way and helping them in using new product features;
- Analyze and report carrier’s needs updating our database with information about technical issue and key discussion with carriers;
- Gather carriers feedback and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis to improve processes and support new initiatives to meet Carrier needs;
- Present data to facilitate requests for new features and support the design of the implementation roadmap;
- Document SOPs (Standard Operational Procedures) and take proactive steps to ensure that best practices are shared across all departments through presentations and workshops.

**PREFERABLY YOU HAVE**:

- An adaptive, solution-oriented mindset: when others see problems you seize opportunities for improvement;
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Access, Powerpoint and G Suite);
- The ability to communicate fluently both in Italian and English;
- Familiarity with the road freight and transportation industry is a plus.
