**Your role**
- Do you want to learn all about asset management? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?
- The resource will be focused on European and Italian market with the purpose to support Real Estate Fund management activities of the existing RE Funds.- Oversight, together with European teams the investments managed by the Funds;
- Support the assessment of investment opportunities and onboarding of new assets into the fund portfolios and subsequently the asse management;
- Assist the preparation of quarterly/semi-annual Regulatory reporting;
- Data analysis including reporting, presentations and cash-flow modelling
- Assist the coordination and supervision of audit process on Fund and properties companies level;
- Prepares various ad-hoc reports, breakdown and analysis as per requirements of the client or per internal fulfilments ( Regulatory, Compliance and Risk);
- Provide financial support on daily basis. Assist with treasury issues and ensures covenants monitoring.

- You’ll work in Asset Management, in Real Estate Private Market Italy Team, through the practice of a great variety of capabilities you’ll be helping to manage large-scale funds with well-diversified portfolios across main European markets. You’ll be part of one of the largest real estate investment managers in the world, one of the leading fund houses in Europe.
