Atlante is NHOA’s new Global Business Line dedicated to build the first EV Fastcharging Network enabled by renewables, energy storage and 100% grid-integrated. The Atlante project is the result of the partnership between NHOA - which develops and invests in the network being owner and operator - Free2Move eSolutions, in the role of supplier of charging technology, and Stellantis automotive group.

**Posizione**:
We are looking for interns to join our company by supporting Program Management Department, according to university and experience background.

In the framework of the exponential growth of Atlante business, you will provide support in managing special project which allow the company to address properly and efficiently its commercial growth always monitoring that all activities are performed in accordance with Atlante policy, from beginning to end.

**Tasks**
- Assist the organizations in designing, developing and implementing programs and projects
- Analyzing data, creating reports and developing strategies to improve program and project performance
- Responsible to develop, integrate and support special and innovative programs including but not limited to European and/or National programs, M&A which allow Atlante to enlarge rapidly its charging network
- Contribute to set-up programs request, coordinate cross-functional teams, develop and monitor milestones, measure and report on progress to ensure timely and successful delivery (i.e. developing or creating tools which allows the company to efficiently address and coordinate special charging station project (which will include PV, Storage, Electric Charger)
- Creating and implementing data management collection techniques
- Analyzing data to determine better ways to implement corporate guidelines
- Identifying program needs based on data collected and analyzed
- Ensuring that all changes in programs and outcomes are well documented
- Performing data validation and implementing quality control measures to ensure the continued success of programs (also using internal tool such us Salesforce or Monday)
- Performing Due Diligence activities
- Plan, execute, supervise the assigned activities, according to the established schedule.
- Create summary reports and files containing all the information necessary to monitor the progress of special projects
- Increase control over the other departments of Atlante by implementing procurement-related reports, KPIs, and procedures.

**Requisiti**:

- Marster or Bachelor degree in Engineering field
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English. Knowledge of other languages (e.g. Spanish / French) is a plus.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word,Projects, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fast learning (also “training on-the-job”) on the functionality and critical issues of the logistics
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interest in growing by testing himself/herself within a competitive reality
- Goal-oriented approach
- Ability to work in a team
- Proactivity and motivation
- Good understanding of corrective and preventive action process
