Kindergarten Teacher

**Canadian School of Florence**

We are looking for a **kindergarten teacher** who is passionate about early childhood education, someone who approaches their work with enthusiasm and a positive outlook, recognizing the joy and privilege of working with your children to join our existing team at Canadian School Florence.

**Key requirements**
- Bachelor of Education degree (or equivalent);
- Qualified Teacher Status or international teaching qualification;
- Qualified to teach children of Primary school age;
- Mother tongue English or C2 level;
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience teaching in Early Years;
- Demonstrates creativity and a passion for teaching and a strong work ethic;
- Experience with innovative teaching and learning;
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and mediation skills;
- Commitment to the mission and vision of the school, the academic and co-curricular directions;
- Be enthusiastic, energetic, and able to nurture unique learning experiences for students;
- Able to thrive in a collaborative, flexible and supportive team environment.
- The ability to share outstanding practice;
- The ability to develop inclusive classroom practice across the school.
- Commitment to safeguarding and equality;
- Commitment to always maintaining confidentiality;
- Independent/International school and coaching/extracurricular experience are all assets.
