SPS Sistemi Informatici, as part of the TXT Group, specializes in the area of software project development on innovative technologies. As part of the group we count 250 employees and focus on the implementation of in-house platforms for important prestigious clients on the Italian territory.

To expand our teams of professionals we are looking for a Salesforce Lead.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Meet with customers to determine business, functional and technical requirements and lead the design, configuration, development, testing and production deployment of solutions;
Strong focus on meeting requirements, achieving results, project communication and documentation, and adherence to schedule;
Perform detailed analysis of user requirements, including support from Business Analysts to transform business requirements into Salesforce functionality;
Corrective and/or Evolutionary Maintenance of projects;
Ability to mentor less experienced colleagues for their growth in terms of skills and professionalism by regularly reviewing executed implementations, offering feedback and suggestions, and assigning tasks in a balanced and effective manner;
Participation in the sales cycle as needed for solution definition, pre-sales, budgeting and project planning;
Support in defining economic bids;
Drafting of functional and technical analysis and project documents (requirements, design, WBS and project plan, progress reports);
Ability to effectively communicate progress to senior management;
Delivery of training sessions on implemented solutions and Salesforce ecosystem.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture and ecosystems;
Direct experience of Salesforce CRM projects with complex integration requirements;
Development with native code (APEX), and use of object-oriented programming languages;
Experience in web technologies such as HTML and Javascript;
Experience in relational DBs and data models;
Experience on web services such as REST, SOAP, JSON, XML;
Strong Customer focus and orientation to technical excellence and detail;
Good knowledge of written and spoken English;
**Preferably at least two certifications from the following**:
Service Cloud Consultant;
Sales Cloud Consultant;
Experience/Community Cloud Consultant;
Marketing Cloud Consultant;
Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment;
Possession of a bachelor's degree, willingness to work away from home, including internationally, excellent communication skills, accuracy, strong organizational autonomy and a strong orientation toward achieving results complete the profile;
