Job Opportunity: Account Executive (Legally Protected Category)
**Job Description**:
- Communicate proactively with partners to develop and improve their business
- Provide assistance to partners, answering questions and resolving issues
- Advise partners on webpage optimization and data management
- Serve as a contact point for properties when Account Managers are unavailable
- Ensure accurate property information and photos on the website
- Support properties with information and advice mainly over the phone
- Assist with IT and administrative tasks
- Conduct rate and availability checks
- Assist in market visits, planning, and projects
- Take on additional tasks and projects as required
Qualifications:
- Excellent face-to-face and telephone communication skills
- Fluency in English and Italian (both spoken and written)
- Experience in e-travel or hotel/travel industry is a plus
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently
- Ability to persuade partners to implement suggestions
- Resourceful, accurate, and detail-oriented
- Great teammate with a positive attitude
- Business-focused mindset
- Preferably with a background in Hotel School or University
