Per Web Agency italiana di Seregno (MB) che progetta e realizza soluzioni tecnologiche innovative, in ambito di system integration, web design & development, si seleziona 1 PROJECT MANAGER JUNIOR, Full Time ed a TEMPO INDETERMINATO.

La risorsa selezionata si occuperà di sviluppare e monitorare i progetti assegnati, sarà responsabile della pianificazione, dell'esecuzione e del monitoraggio dei progetti nel rispetto dei tempi e dei costi preventivati e si occuperà delle seguenti attività:

- Definire gli obbiettivi con il team di progetto (raccolta requisiti, analisi di processo, supporto all’analisi di fattibilità, schedulazione task, ecc.) garantendo i tempi, costi e qualità attesi
- Pianificare e monitorare le attività assicurando l'obbiettivo preposto
- Verificare la qualità degli output
- Stesura di documenti di progetto e relazioni dettagliate sullo stato di avanzamento dei lavori
- Identificare, gestire e mitigare i rischi del progetto
- Gestione delle problematiche con gli attori coinvolti a tutti i livelli e mediazione dei possibili conflitti

Si richiede:

- Preferibile esperienza nel coordinamento e gestione di progetti sia in modalità Waterfall che Agile o forte passione nelle attività PMO (Project Management Office)
- Conoscenza del ciclo di vita di un progetto e degli strumenti di programmazione e gestione dei progetti
- Motivazione e approccio strutturale e pragmatico ai progetti complessi
- Completano il profilo buone doti relazionali e di comunicazione, capacità di gestione dello stress, problem solving, autonomia
- Conoscenza di metodi e tecniche di Project Management saranno valutati come PLUS.

Si offre contratto di assunzione a tempo indeterminato e stipendio commisurato alle effettive competenze maturate. Opportunità di Smart Working per un giorno alla settimana.

Stipendio: €25.000,00 - €30.000,00 all'anno

- Seregno, Lombardia: Poter raggiungere agevolmente la sede lavorativa o avere intenzione di trasferirsi prima di iniziare il lavoro (Preferenziale)
