**TRADE EVENTS & VISUAL MERCHANDISING SPECIALIST**:
Stiamo ricercando un/una Trade Events & Visual Merchandising Specialist

La nuova risorsa si occuperà della partecipazione alle fiere di settore, dell’organizzazione eventi commerciali e sviluppo POP e in particolare di:
Sviluppare ed eseguire una strategia annuale per le fiere di settore nazionali ed internazionali e gli eventi commerciali che si allinei con gli obiettivi generali dell'azienda.
Gestire i rapporti con le segreterie organizzative delle fiere, sopralluoghi presso le strutture ospitanti e presidio di supervisione/coordinamento in loco, in sede di evento.
Gestire i rapporti con fornitori per la progettazione dello stand (produzione, allestimento e smontaggio dello stesso) e coordinamento della relativa logística (compresi il catering, l'allestimento audiovisivo e il trasporto da/per la fiera).
Collaborare con i diversi dipartimenti aziendali per raccogliere e sintetizzare le esigenze commerciali e di comunicazione legate agli eventi.
Gestione diretta degli ospiti invitati (pianificazione trasferte, prenotazione hotel e comunicazioni organizzative relative agli eventi)
Sviluppo e realizzazione degli espositori e tutti i materiali di comunicazione in store (POP) per alcuni brand aziendali;
Monitorare e valutare le tendenze del settore e le opportunità emergenti per migliorare continuamente la strategia dell'organizzazione.
Pianificazione e gestione del budget per le spese relative alle fiere, garantendo l'efficacia dei costi e il massimo ritorno sugli investimenti.

**Requisiti**:
Esperienza pregressa nella gestione ed organizzazione di eventi
Forti doti organizzative, con attenzione al dettaglio
Ottima conoscenza delle tendenze del mondo fashion
Naturale predisposizione alle relazioni e al teamwork
Problem solving, gestione del tempo, capacità di lavorare sotto stress
Inglese fluente e possibilmente buona conoscenza di una seconda lingua.
