Climate Technology Solutions is a critical part of the Baker Hughes business. Our mission is to be pioneers in tackling climate change by enabling energy and industry to achieve lower emissions. **Partner with the best**

You will work with external customers and teams in Baker Hughes to define and develop solutions to customers. This will include representing Baker Hughes in the pre-sales team assisting external customers in the implementation of Climate Technology Solutions. You will also support the broader commercial organization in deal closing and new opportunity discussions with customers.

As a Commercial Development Manager - Climate Technology Solutions, you will be responsible for:

- Liaising and collaborating with product companies’ operational teams, partners, suppliers to develop a winning integrated solution early on in the project.
- Developing and integrating cross product company proposals with the ability to structure commercially creative contractual solutions for integrated offerings.
- Accelerating Baker Hughes go to market activities bringing critical messaging and commercial storytelling capabilities to craft tailored proposition to customer needs.
- Projecting development planning and budgeting capabilities.
- Supporting the structuring and development of commercial agreements with Customers / Partners (i.e. MOUs, Joint Development Agreement, etc).
- Supporting the structuring and development of fit-for-purpose financial models.
- Supporting the efforts needed to build a repeatable process and define a contemporary process for the New Energy Frontiers space.
- Supporting creation and delivery of customer value proposition through consultative and advisory model
- Supporting pricing, risk and deal strategy review with the leadership team
- Working towards a technology roadmap leveraging the New Energy Frontiers opportunities as pilots for iterations.
- Assessing market and technology developments in the New Energy Frontiers space and articulate implications to Baker Hughes.
- Conducting full-form customer discovery workshops for assigned key clients or identified customers to uncover enterprise opportunities
- Supporting assessment activities and partner with key stakeholders to develop growth strategies across product offerings with complex and enterprise customers
- Handling complex contractual models (Partnerships, Concessions, etc.)

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have significant experience in New Energy market and/or Oil & Gas industry
- Have experience in commercial operations across multiple market segments selling integrated solutions
- Be able to balance technical expertise with commercial strategy to foster and build deep relationships with key customers
- Experience selling holistic solutions with products and service offerings. Clearly align complete solution portfolio to customer needs.
