**JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Using a hands-on operational approach, you will provide best in class customer experience for users browsing on the digital platforms by optimizing homepage, product listing pages, product detail pages, product filters and sorting, site search. You will also maintain product catalog, coordinate calendar activities and site updates in order to create an engaging and relevant experience for our visitors keeping connection and alignment between teams.**AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES**:

- Oversee and support maintenance of product catalog and product assortment. Manage regional assortments ensuring best quality of contents for the online catalogue (i.e prices, attributes, copies, images, stock)
- Manage creation and release of product collection aligning its go live to GTM calendar.
- Accountable for managing products and categories to create an engaging and relevant experience for visitors (i.e. Product Categorization).
- Report out KPI results related to assortment and product updates, communicate how the content and product strategy is contributing to business goals.
- Develop and own the main KPIs and targets for site merchandising, monitoring them regularly to understand effectiveness of implementation, changes, strategy and creatives, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Partner with CRO, business development and UX teams to build a rigorous testing and optimization culture, implementing a testing framework to continuously test and optimize features, assortment, product content, range and price for incremental digital sales impact and overall customer journey improvement.
- Collaboration with all the teams to orchestrate and drive all the main campaigns and lauches.
- Partner with Product, Marketing and all the involved teams to ensure our categories are fully supported.
- UAT (user accepting testing) management for the features and projects to be tested.

- Work closely with local Digital Sales and Site Merchandising Teams
- Ecommerce team (global/business/mktg/content/UX )
- CX&D: Full Activation Team, Data Analytics Team, UX and Platform Delivery teams
- IT

**EXTERNAL**:

- Work closely with both Global and Local agencies
- IT vendors

**TECHNICAL SKILLS - PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE**
- Minimum: Bachelor degree
- At least 1 year of experience in Site Merchandising, Digital and eCommerce
- Problem-solving attitude and ability to drive process improvement.
- Extremely flexible with ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Organized state of mind with ability to coordinate with many teams and plan schedules according to their needs.
- Superior time management and organizational abilities via calendar/task planning to reach deadlines.
- An excellent knowledge of the Web and associated technologies
- An ability to work under pressure and changing environments.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Self-motivated. Ability to work well independently and within a multi-functional, multi-campus team.
- Structured, rational, non-emotional and data driven decision maker.
- Data analytical skills and experience to utilize data in planning and decision with eye for details.
- Can-do attitude

**CANDIDATE PROFILE**
- Educational Background: Degree in Economics, Digital or lated field**LANGUAGES**:
