Ruolo- Operations Training Manager- Area- Coach- N° Posizioni- 1- Sede di lavoro- Roma- Tipo di contratto- Indeterminato- Principali ResponsabilitàDEKRA è alla ricerca di un Responsabile della Business Line Training & Education, ovvero il centro di eccellenza DEKRA per la formazione professionale e manageriale, che supporta i Clienti nell’identificare le loro esigenze, progettare soluzioni formative personalizzate e gestire la proposta didattica attraverso un team di Formatori, Tutor e Coach altamente qualificati.

La risorsa opererà a diretto riporto del Responsabile dell’area Consulting e avrà le seguenti responsabilità:

- Collaborare al raggiungimento degli obiettivi di budget dell’area Training, in linea con le aspettative dell’azienda;
- Sviluppare nuove soluzioni di business, in coerenza con le linee guida definite, a livello Corporate, dalla Service Division Advisory & Training Services;
- Progettare, sviluppare ed implementare soluzioni formative innovative con un approccio digital, basato sull’esperienza, che possa favorire la creazione di una cultura innovativa di change management;
- Sviluppare percorsi formativi manageriali e di sviluppo della leadership per le aziende del settore Industrial;
- Coordinare e gestire gli interventi formativi, individuando le risorse più idonee allo svolgimento delle attività didattiche e supportando la crescita delle risorse del team;
- Fornire supporto all’area Sales nella predisposizione della parte técnica delle offerte e seguire la delivery dei progetti a livello nazionale ed internazionale;
- Elaborare la reportistica relativa all’area presidiata

La risorsa inoltre coopererà costruttivamente al raggiungimento del miglior risultato atteso dal Cliente committente, rapportandosi con doti di comunicazione e relazionali con tutti gli stakeholders (interni ed esterni all’organizzazione).
- Titolo di studio- Laurea- Requisiti minimi- Laurea in facoltà Umanistiche o Scientifiche
- Esperienza di almeno 10 anni
- Ottima padronanza del Pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel e Power Point ed in generale padronanza con piattaforme digital web
- Ottima conoscenza delle principali metodologie formative
- Eccellenti doti comunicative
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua Inglese
- Orientamento al Cliente ed alla costruzione di relazioni di fiducia
- Ottime capacità relazionali e di coordinamento e gestione del team
- Problem solving
- Disponibilità ad effettuare trasferte
- Requisiti Preferenziali- Predisposizione al rapporto interpersonale, al lavoro in team e per obiettivo
- Aver maturato esperienza in contesti multinazionali
- Disponibilità immediata
