**Operations Manager (Design/Arredamento)**

La figura, riportando all’Amministratore Delegato, avrà la responsabilità di ottimizzare i flussi, efficientare i processi e migliorare l’intero ciclo produttivo e le operations.

Avrà in gestione gli acquisti, il sourcing, la logística, l’ufficio tecnico, la produzione e la pianificazione.

In particolare si occuperà di:

- Assicurare l’efficacia e l’efficienza delle operations, se necessario identificando nuove strategie gestionali;
- Garantire una adeguata comunicazione su tutti i livelli, al fine di assicurare un allineamento tra tutte le funzioni;
- Verificare che la produzione avvenga nel rispetto dei tempi, della qualità e dei quantitativi previsti;
- Cercare e valutare periodicamente le fonti produttive in funzione degli obiettivi affidati, selezionando accuratamente i fornitori con cui collaborare e costruendo delle solide partnership;
- Assicurare una pianificazione adeguata nel medio-lungo periodo e l’ottimizzazione degli acquisti;
- Supportare l’ufficio tecnico al fine di garantire lo sviluppo dei prototipi, dei campionari e dell’industrializzazione;
- Gestire una variegata tipologia di categorie merceologiche e le relative complessità/peculiarità;
- Massimizzare l’efficienza dei reparti interni ed esterni all’azienda stabilendo, laddove necessario, dei KPI strategici e monitorando i costi aziendali.

Requisiti:

- Conoscenza generale del mondo arredamento / design / tessile e dei modelli produttivi/logistici in esso presenti (must have);
- Almeno 10 anni di esperienza nel ruolo;
- Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale e certificazione Lean Six Sigma o simili (nice to have);
- Gradita la conoscenza di AS/400, o di PLM;
- Ottime capacità gestionali, relazionali e comunicative;
- Capacità di negoziazione e di problem solving.
