La persona prescelta gestirà l'attività operativa e strategica delle commesse definendo le informazioni provenienti dal committente e garantendo la conformità alle specifiche poste nel rispetto dei vincoli di budget e dei tempi di rilascio stabiliti. Parteciperà al processo di qualificazione e crescita dei fornitori implementando sistemi e procedure di valutazione, per misurare e migliorare le performance in termini di qualità, delivery e costo.

**Attività**:

- Gestisce la commessa dall’emissione dell’ordine monitorando la pianificazione della produzione esterna e i tempi e interagendo direttamente con i fornitori anche per aspetti legati ad eventuali ripianificazioni delle tempistiche;
- Contribuisce alla risoluzione dei problemi relativi a sistemi, processi e prodotti correlati alla qualità dei fornitori entrando in relazione con gli altri dipartimenti dell’azienda;
- Pianifica attività di audit e di controllo presso i fornitori coordinando test di prodotto e ispezioni per verificare il rispetto di disegni, protocolli operativi, tecnici e contrattuali;
- Promuove il miglioramento generale dei fornitori e della loro cultura in tema di qualità e processo valutando azioni correttive al fine di ridurre al minimo il rischio di non conformità;
- Supporta il fornitore e la produzione interna nell’individuazione delle cause delle NC rilevate e nella soluzione delle stesse;
- Rafforza una cultura interna di qualità e di miglioramento in accordo ai principi della ISO 9000-2015;
- Aggiorna la documentazione técnica per determinare, anche mediante autocertificazione, che tutti i requisiti, sia di progetto che di prodotto, vengano rispettati dal fornitore.

**Requisiti**:

- Diploma tecnico o Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica/Gestionale e affini;
- Esperienza in ruoli di supplier quality, controllo qualità prodotto/processo, gestione commesse;
- Buona conoscenza dei processi di carpenteria pesante: taglio/foratura, piega, saldatura, verniciatura, zincatura;
- Padronanza delle tecniche di auditing e di validazione dei processi produttivi;
- Capacità di lettura del disegno tecnico;
- Preferibile competenza Sistema gestionale SAP;
- Padronanza della lingua Inglese;
- Disponibilità a trasferte EMEA per un periodo di 5 giorni ogni due mesi.

Si prevede contratto di dipendenza a tempo indeterminato a condizioni economiche incentivanti in un'azienda riconosciuta nel mondo per la qualità dei prodotti offerti.
